Our specialised investment professionals work with real estate equity, real estate credit, and venture capital investments. We hire talent at all levels, from entry-level to senior professionals. Our local transaction and portfolio management teams take a user-centric, hyperlocal approach to investing. Our internal specialists bring a wealth of experience, a hands-on approach, and deep sustainability expertise.

Asset Management, Project Development, and Business Development professionals create value by delivering on and optimizing business plans on a day-to-day basis to gain a competitive investment edge. They maintain close relationships with customers and external stakeholders and possess local knowledge of both the real estate market and technical aspects.

Roles within Corporate Functions span across finance, communications and marketing, sustainability, corporate governance, digital, office services, people and culture, and more.

The Capital Formation team manages and expands relationships with both existing and prospective investors globally and across products, as well as manages and provides the analytical base and infrastructure for successful fundraising.
