2005
The company was founded. During the early years, we focused on the logistics and residential segments.

2012
Made the strategic decision to move beyond mere operational energy efficiency to explore reducing embodied carbon and the resource footprint.

2014
Started construction in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, which would become one of the city's most vibrant areas. Launched the use of upcycling material categories.

2020
Added Real Estate Credit (Velo Capital) and Venture Capital (2150), the next evolution of our risk-adjusted investment strategies.

2022
Pioneered integrated area energy systems. Launched the Nordic Strategies Fund V (NSF V), which became the largest European value-add real estate fund.

2025
Reached €23 billion in Assets Under Management. Validated Science Based Targets covering 93% of the firm's total footprint. Launched Nordic Strategies Fund VI (NSF VI).

2008
Expanded our network in Norway, establishing hyper-local presence and execution capabilities.

2013
Became the largest Northern European real estate manager. Pioneered on-site concrete upcycling.

2017
Developed the largest rooftop solar farms in the Nordics.

2021
Established a mandate that 100% of new developments must target at least DGNB Gold, LEED Gold, or BREEAM Very Good certifications. Pioneered logistics wood construction.

2024
The firm was selected to pilot a new framework by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a global initiative that helps companies set and verify greenhouse reduction targets aligned with climate science goals.
